I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. I got this pan to see if I would like it before I bought the whole set. I got is March 30 and it is now May 5. I use it about 4x a week. No discoloration and no coating coming off. Had to replace the old copper bottom fry pan when the handle broke. That won’t happen to the new one with a full stainless handle.
