Wok is a Chinese fry pan with a special deepened shape. The heat is distributed unevenly: from the bottom to the edges. Due to this feature, the ingredients are well fried, but do not burn even without oil. – Modern Sloped Design – 11" (28 cm) diameter with deep, curved sides for stir-frying, sautéing, and one-pan meals. – Premium Nonstick Coating: Reinforced Greblon® C3 3-layer surface for long-lasting performance and a lightweight feel. – Forged Aluminum Body: 3.5 mm thick construction ensures even heat distribution and durability without added weight. – Ergonomic G-Zero Handle: Red heat-resistant bakelite handle curves inward for a unique, secure grip. – Healthy & Safe Materials: Free from PFOA, lead, and cadmium. Meets strict European food safety and environmental standards. – Dishwasher Safe: Easy to clean and built to handle frequent use. – Made in Italy by Flonal: Delivers reliable, long-lasting performance. Trusted by home cooks across Europe, Flonal cookware reflects the best of Italian quality and safety.

FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE: Your wok is factory pre-seasoned, but we suggest one round of seasoning at home. This simple step will truly make it your own and ensure a better non-stick surface from the start.

This is the perfect size heavy duty stainless steel wok I was looking for. Definitely worth the purchase.. Rahul. US. Mon Sep 14 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed in this purchase. First, it is very expensive for what it is, that being a single piece of cast iron. Second, when used with an authentic 14 inch round-bottomed Chinese wok, it doesn't work well. The wok is not supported and wobbles dramatically. The supports are not tall enough to engage with the wok. The cooktop it is paired with is the 30" five burner 800 series.. Wok Star. Mon Nov 23 2020

Item has been backordered so I just received while on vacation; therefore, I have not had an opportunity to use it yet. Appears to be well constructed, has good weight to it for cooking, and stylish design. I thought it had a lid (had looked at several before buying), but due to size can improvise with a lid from my cookware. As another reviewer mentioned, it did not come with instructions as to whether it requires being seasoned or how to do so. Will update once we actually prepare a meal.. Borncajun. Crestwood, KY. A great heavy-weight pan that is a dream to clean. It will get much use from this family of cooks. It is so well made, I'm sure it will be passed down to another generation or two. Love it!. Marilyn F.. Tue Sep 22 2026

Let’s be honest, the most undesirable part of the cooking process is the cleanup. With the Black Cube™ Quick Release, this annoyance is a thing of the past, thanks to an award-winning cooking surface aptly named Quick Release: It features a stainless steel pattern of small pixels that are raised above a recessed layer of high-quality PFOA-free nonstick coating, thereby combining the benefits of stainless steel and nonstick in one revolutionary cooking surface. Black Cube™ Quick Release sears, braises, and browns meat exceptionally well, like a stainless steel pan, and it perfectly sautés, fries, or stir-fries seafood and vegetables. Or make a delicious stew knowing that the heat will be consistent. Designed to offer the best in durability and performance, feel free to use metal utensils! Yes, we mean it. The pan feels good in the hand and it is large enough to hold a lot but not too big to be unwieldy. It features an ergonomic stay-cool handle and a helper handle. After you cooked your delicious meal, clean-up is quick and mess-free – just the way you know it from a nonstick pan. Or simply place it in your dishwasher! This innovative pan is safe to use on any stovetop (including induction) and can even be placed in the oven at up to 500° F. Black Cube™ Quick Release is a 3-ply construction of stainless/aluminum/stainless. There is so much versatility with this pan that the possibilities are endless. Don't forget to get the matching-sized lid, which gives even more cooking options. Make cooking delicious meals easier than ever with this exciting cookware innovation.

I used my brother's Black Cube wok and loved the way the food didn't stick, it cooked evenly, and we could use his metal utensils to stir up the ingredients. I had to get one for myself. I wish it came with a lid and maybe it does now but that feature was not available when I ordered mine. Great addition to my culinary collection.. Catherine. Claremont, CA. Thu Feb 22 2018

Real stir-fry needs heat a nonstick pan cannot survive. The Alva Forest 12-Inch Carbon Steel Wok takes it — blue carbon steel heats hard and fast, recovers instantly when cold vegetables hit the surface, and delivers the concentrated sear that gives a stir-fry its character instead of leaving it wet. It arrives pre-seasoned and ready to cook, and the patina deepens with every use into a naturally nonstick surface, with no synthetic coating to scratch or replace. The deep sloping sides let you toss properly, and the acacia wood handle stays cool. Works on gas, electric, ceramic, glass and induction. The wood handle is not oven safe, so keep this wok on the cooktop. Hand wash, dry immediately and wipe with a little oil. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE or PFOA. Backed by a 10-year limited warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.

I love this wok! It’s light weight and well made. It’s perfect for medium sized meals. The food cooks perfectly and doesn’t stick to the wok. I love that it’s easy to clean and use. It’s definitely worth it!. Denise. South Jordan, UT. Tue Apr 11 2023
