It's very nice, but unfortunately, I may not keep it if we cannot get the pump to be quieter, and if we cannot get it to stand straight up Thankfully, they are going to send another unit, hoping it will be much better... Finally got the replacement, and this water pump that sits in the dry unit base to move the 12 gallons of distilled water that we bought and poured in, is quieter so we can appreciate the water sounds more; but fyi the pump is still not totally quiet; we will try to put in our own insulation. Set up was fine . Please note that you can just plug into an electrical outlet . You do not need to “hard wire it” as the description says. It is easy. However, the unit has a defect! The fake copper lip that the water falls from is NOT LEVEL ! Therefore the waterfall will never be like the picture in a nice V fall.
