Beautiful fountain with excellent quality! Its very heavy, but thats to be expected given the solid construction, and the weight is clearly noted in the product specifications. The touch of copper is a fun little accent, and the overall design has a charming old-world European feel—exactly what I was looking for. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons 1. Pump speed It has three speed settings, but I didnt notice any difference in the water flow between them. The three-tier waterfall is a bit louder than I expected for my small patio, so I was hoping to be able to reduce the flow. That said, the sound is still lovely, and Im very happy with it overall. 2. Set up a little while ago layers snap but don’t seem very tight. Its much louder streaming than I thought, tried adjusting pump but haven’t gotten it to sound smoother trickling. The top bubbler is very wobbly. All in all the fountain looks nice just need to tweak the pump I guess. Not very easy to adjust the pump sine it’s enclosed. Cute fountain, a bit shorter than I realized. Had some blemishes in the glazing where it looks like someone applied a different material to fix it? The instructions didn’t include a great diagram of the part labeled “leak protector” so I had to find an online instruction manual for a similar fountain from the same company, which used the same part. The pump was a bit unwieldy to position. So far it’s a pleasant sound of water, no drips. Not sure if any birds will use it, I was hoping the sphere on top would attract hummingbirds to bathe.
