Build was easy. One of the leg pieces was bent. I had to hammer it a bit to get it to slide into place. Otherwise the instructions were easy to follow, and they provided spare screws and washers (appreciated). The chair is comfortable, height is adjustable. I ordered it in pink. We love the beige it is a little lighter than the picture. Nice top- stitch features. Very comfortable. I have not experimented with the five-click lumbar support. I do think if you are short and use the maximum lumbar support you may need a footrest. My husband on occasion needed a second pair of hands.
