The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. This chair came in quickly. It takes a little time to put together for a computer chair, but it is sturdy built. It is nice that the chair is super wide for larger body types or to sit cross legged. I just got it, haven't used it much, but it's great! I need to elevate my leg due to a knee surgery and I wanted to give this chair a try because of the foot rest. I thought the foot rest would maybe not go far enough to be able to extend my leg well, but it did! Is the right distance to elevate a leg, it's a comfy chair, you can adjust armerst, heigh of the chair, and position of the head rest. Also, when I fold it, it fits perfectly below my desk.
