I did not think it was comfortable at first, but after a few days and dialing in all the settings with the headrest, lumbar etc;... it is very comfortable now. 5 of the seats recline. Two complaints. One of the switches is backwards or reverse than the rest of the recliners and the seats that recline in the middle, it's pretty difficult to get your hand in there to control it. Great couch for the price. Came in 9 boxes but only took about 45 minutes to put together. Takes a little work getting each section clicked together, but not that difficult.
