I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. Stylish, Easy to Assemble, But Very Low to the Ground. This loveseat has a clean, modern design and was very easy to put together. Assembly took about 20 minutes, and the cushions arrived compressed, so they needed a little time to fully expand. The included clips let you connect the sections together or leave them separate if you prefer. I separated everything, cushions, ottoman base etc, before starting assembly. The fabric has a slightly coarser texture, but it's still soft to the touch and feels durable. The seat cushions are very firm, offering plenty of support instead of a sink-in feel. The back cushions are not attached—they simply rest against the back of the frame. They stay in place while you're sitting, but when you get up, they can tip or fall over since there's no Velcro or attachment system holding them in place. One feature I really like is the ottoman with hidden storage. It's a great place to keep blankets tucked away but still within easy reach, which helps keep the room looking neat without sacrificing convenience. My four-month-old kittens have already claimed it as one of their favorite places to lounge, climb, and nap, and it's holding up very well to their daily adventures. The reason I'm giving it four stars is because it sits much lower to the ground than I expected. I'm impressed with the quality, the sturdy construction, the storage, and how easy it was to assemble.
