Very disappointing purchase. The sofa looks much better in the photos and description than it performs in real life. The overall design is extremely flimsy. The individual pieces don’t securely connect to one another and there is no real support structure holding them in place. As a result, the sections constantly shift and slide around when you sit down. Even worse, the cushions/pieces quickly lose their shape. The backrest is essentially created by stacking the pieces, but there is nothing substantial supporting them from behind. When you lean back, they move, compress, or shift instead of providing proper back support. You constantly have to reposition and straighten everything just to make the sofa usable. We specifically purchased this because we wanted spacious, comfortable seating that could be configured for a family room and play area. Unfortunately, the lack of structural support, constantly moving sections, poor back support, and inability to hold its shape make it impractical for everyday use. For the price, we expected a much more substantial and thoughtfully designed product. We were extremely disappointed and would not recommend this sofa.. Jay. VA. Mon Oct 12 2026

Redefining Comfort for Modern Living. This modular sofa combines supportive high-density foam with plush corduroy, all built on a sturdy steel frame for durability. Easily transform it from a sofa to a lounger or even a full guest bed.

This modular sofa is awesome. It was super easy to open up. It came very compact and inflated almost right away. It does take a full day or so to completely fill in. So don't worry if it looks a bit lopsided at first. The box was a bit heavy so I'd suggest a team lift to place it where it will stay. The pieces are all separate so it's easy to change the lay out. The color is perfect and the fabric is soft. I ordered this for my grandkids to play on. I love it!. Sabrina Irene. Antioch Ca. Thu Jun 25 2026

Overall great modular couch, extremely comfortable, and the material is sturdy but soft shell. The color is pretty accurate from the pictures. The installation was easy and straightforward. My only issue is the form of the cushions, after being compressed for so long, the edges aren’t as sharp all around. I had to reshape them manually but they still aren’t where they should be. I would still buy it again though.. Kharen. Brooklyn. Wed Sep 09 2026

This couch matches the pictures exactly! The back is low and has very little support, however that is something I expected and am okay with. This couch is amazing. It’s extremely comfortable, fluffy so you can flop but firm so you don’t sink in. I did a lot of research finding this couch, and I’m so glad I picked this one. It’s not too low disputing what some reviews say. It’s soft, the material is durable, and it was really easy to put together. I got it on sale for 50% off and it feels like a $1500 is suppose to feel so only getting it for $800 feels like a total steal. I would recommend this couch to anyone. We were able to sit on it and fall in love as soon as we built it and it just got better and better. I sit on it every chance I get and will definitely be buying for latitude run again.
