I bought this for one of my Airbnb’s. Installation took about an hour with 2 people and was easier than I anticipated. Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. Well... I like it, but not exactly what we thought it would be. Especially when it shows up in 3 boxes. They for sure got it all in the boxes. Everything is vacuumed sealed. And it took more to put it together then I expected. Almost returned it, but now its together and the cushions are almost fluffed up, we give it a try.
