This was my all time favorite thing I have ordered from Wayfair! I love the acrylic, and having it in person now, I want more pieces that are acrylic, like maybe a chair for the desk. Everything about this piece was excellent. It is heavy, not a lite plastic, but seriously heavy to move, holding up to 100 lbs. The acrylic is thick, giving it a nice form and body. It looks better in person than the picture online. It is very well made. It is literally four pieces to put together; two sides, a top, and a support bar. It was the easiest piece I have ever put together. The instructions are one page. There are three bolts on each side, and two on the support bar and you are all done. It took me about 10 minutes, and all tools came with the product. Now I will say, I am not sure how this will hold up to scratches or items piled up on the top over time, but wood gets dings and scratches too. Nonetheless, I still love the transparent streamlined look with clean lines and a minimalist form. It comes across very modern. Really nice look and unique. I bought it to upgrade/update my office. I have a gamer desk now that hurts my forearms and wrists because it has limited depth. I need a wider depth to place my arms ergonomically correctly on the desk. This was stylish and works with my tastes and decor. Anything glass and acrylic I'm usually all over it. I love the invisible floating look. Now I just need to get a chair to go with the desk and I'm good to go. My only issue is Wayfair runs out of things and doesn't get them back in or update them quickly. UPDATE: I finally put this together on 1/17/25. It's not bad. It wasn't easy to do without another person but I did it. It's not bad and will serve the purpose. I needed another desk that was larger. I had a gamer desk for a long time but it's too small. I like the raised monitor stand but it is still too small and not enough ergo room for my keyboard and mouse. This will allow me to be more ergonomically correct so I avoid wrist and forearm pain..
