I’m really excited about my new massaging recliner. The motor is a lil loud but bearable. When it first arrived I had a problem lining the holes up on the bottom to put the screws into, so Wayfair sent a technician out to properly tighten the screws into alignment. I’m a 71 year old senior so I really appreciate the fact that Wayfair made sure my chair was properly installed and safe. Great quality construction. Took less than ten min to assemble once I moved the box, it is definitely not lightweight cheaply made. Anyway, the leather is very nice and appears to be great quality. The only negatives for me is that I'm almost 6'3" and it's honestly made for someone 6' or less. The other negative, based on my height, is the adjustable headrest, which if I was shorter would be fine. The hidden cup holders are great and the chair came in did pieces in one box. When you ease into the reclining position, the seat moves forward but leaves no gap between the back and the seat. The back of the recliner doesn't bump against a wall or whatever is placed behind it.

This chair is super soft. The electric reclining is great. You get to the point where youre all the way reclined that you almost feel weightless.
