Charlotte Recliner

The back of the Surrey Hills recliner is a gently curved trellis grid that's too beautiful to hide against a wall. Crafted of American white oak, the chair's arms and legs have an attractive swell and taper, cradling finely tailored cushions. A footrest is tucked up beneath the wide, roomy seat in the upright position; pushing back raises the footrest before continuing to a full recline.

Received two of these today. Super fast shipping and very fast and easy assembly. I'm 5'7. When the recliner is up my ankles are supported by the last extension and heels go over the edge. My head is about an inch higher then the height of the seat. Chair is stiff but will break in. The fabric is will seems yo feel on the warm side. Lastly I am concerned that with some use the print looks like it may wear off. I can't be certain about that. Hope this helps anyone who may be comptemplating purchasing these chairs. As of now I am satisfied with my purchase.. Suzanne. Whitehouse Station, NJ. Mon Apr 20 2026

With its manual reclining function, this chair makes it easy to find your favorite position without any bulky levers. Plus, its compact design fits easily into smaller floor plans.

I am in love with just how darn cute this chair is! Arrived well packed, took 20 minutes to assemble (very easy) and the grey stripe pattern matches the posting very well. A 360 degree finished look. Few things 1. Box is heavy - need two people to carry inside 2. The chair cushion is firm but comfy - and because of that, I find sits a bit high. Am hoping with time seat cushion will mellow a bit. 3. My husband and I are both under 6’ I can see if you are taller than that the chair especially in reclined mode will not fit you well. 4. The chair does fully recline to an almost horizontal mode you just need to pull the chair away from the wall if you have it close to allow space. For the price, ease of assembly this was a great purchase.. Connie. Milwaukee, WI. Sat Jun 13 2026

Love my new chair! Sooo perfect. Size perfect. Only negative little hard to recline!. Nancy. West Palm Beach, FL. Fri Oct 16 2026

This chair is a new spin on a classic look. Its softly tailored wing-back, padded rolled arms, and graceful cabriole legs blend easily with casual to traditional decors. I purchased this chair for a Father’s Day gift for my husband. The last Lazyboy recliner we had lasted ten years. This is to replace that one. I am a bit disappointed that the new chair is more gray than beige. Not quite the color I was expecting. But, I guess it’s a close enough match to the furniture that we already have.. Jennifer. Dayton, IN. Wed Jun 17 2026

This reclining armchair pairs traditional style with a compact profile for a relaxed feel in your space. Crafted with a solid and engineered wood frame, it’s upholstered in smooth fabric for a refined look and inviting texture. Fiber and foam filling provide supportive comfort throughout the seat and back, while the manual push-back reclining design allows for easy adjustment between three positions without visible levers or buttons. It also features turned wood detailing on the feet to elevate its tailored silhouette.

We bought two of these recliners for our living room about a year ago. They are very well-made. The fabric is soft to the touch yet thick and durable. No pilling or signs of wear even with daily use. The green ikat pattern is fun and adds subtle energy to the room while easily coordinating with other decor. I would call the color “avocado”. It is not overly bright, but not as pale as a sage green. The cushion is soft, but supportive. I don’t find it too stiff, as some have said. My only complaint with this chair is it’s proportions. It has an unusually short seat that is not deep enough to comfortably curl up your legs, which is how I often sit, and it is too tall for my feet to touch the ground when sitting. (I’m 5‘2“.) So I almost always use the first recline position, and with that extended it is very comfortable. We really never extend it all of the way. It is a bit stiff to open, but it is doable, and I don’t mind it. I like that it has feet and you really can’t tell that it’s a recliner unless it’s opened. It is heavy and well-made. It comes with the back unattached to the base, and you’ll want two people to put it together, so that one person can guide the hardware pieces together, which lock into place. One other thing to mention is that you will need some clearance from the wall in order for it to recline without hitting. In this design, the back of the chair leans back further once extended. So you can’t snug the chair up to the wall as close as you might ordinarily, if you intend to be able to recline it. Or you’ll need to pull it out each time you do. We have a small living room so this was an important consideration. Overall, it’s a nice chair and we’re happy with the purchase. It is challenging to order chairs and sofas online, since you can’t sit in them to test the fit!. Mary Jo. Bangor, Maine. Tue Sep 08 2026

Buffalo check or floral pattern, the classic colors and pattern add instant style to any piece. Founded on a solid wood frame, a modern take on a classic wing back, this chair boasts accents like a thick foam cushioned seat. Simply push back to recline, no levers or buttons are required. Comfortable seat and back support for long-term sitting, TV viewing, or a relaxed recline. Clean styling offers a generous seat size and comfort. Great for living room, media, and master bedrooms.

Comfortable, sturdy, nice size for small house. Easy to put together.. Jo Johnson. Harrison Bay, Tennessee. Mon Oct 12 2026

This reclining glider provides a comfortable spot for reading or relaxing in a nursery or living room. Its solid wood frame supports a manual reclining mechanism with three positions to help you find the right angle for rest. The design includes a swivel and gliding base that allows for smooth, seamless movement in any direction. This piece features a tall back and straight arms for a clean-lined look that works with various decor. We also love that the neutral-toned fabric and foam-filled seat offer a soft place to sit.

Wow I am very impressed with this chair. Purchased it for my nursery. Came almost completed assembled which was a nice surprise. It is extremely comfortable. The quality is definitely worth the price. The green velvet doesn’t look or feel cheap. Extremely happy with this purchase!. Diana. Charlotte, NC. Tue Jul 07 2026

Very cute dressser!!! Smallish in size, nice color. The dressser comes all in pieces in flat boxes -be ready for moderately difficult assembly. The wood of the top of the dresser is also quite soft - it already has a couple dings on top just from putting things on it as the bedroom was getting set up. But adorable aesthetically.. Holly. For the most part well constructed and good quality material except the head cushion and lumbar cushion are not fitted properly. There is a gap between the two.
