Update 5/7/2026: we're roughly 6 months in to owning 2 of these chairs and issues with failed stitching on the arms has started. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. Great quality construction. Took less than ten min to assemble once I moved the box, it is definitely not lightweight cheaply made. Anyway, the leather is very nice and appears to be great quality. The only negatives for me is that I'm almost 6'3" and it's honestly made for someone 6' or less. The other negative, based on my height, is the adjustable headrest, which of I was shorter would be fine. The hidden cup holders are great and the chair came in did pieces in one box.
