If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

Flex steel furniture is excellent. Built to last a lifetime. The color is light beige (moondust), the material is like a light tweed. The seating is more on the firm side, not going to sink into this one. This is my second sofa in the last 18 years, and it is replacing a flexsteel sofa. Highly recommend this product.. Robert. This sofa delivers a generous profile and an inviting look to update your home. It's crafted with a solid wood frame that rests on low-profile legs for a grounded silhouette. Linen blend upholstery adds smooth texture across the seat and back, while foam and feather fill provides soft, supportive cushioning for everyday lounging. Loose, reversible back and seat cushions offer easy maintenance and balanced wear over time. It also includes coordinating accent pillows that complete the tailored appearance.

Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! Will always recommend this couch!. Kaylee. South Carolina. Fri May 29 2026

This couch was the perfect size. I like the cushions are loose so you can clean the cushions and under them easily. Its also big enough to take a nap on!. Darinl. Kansas. Thu Mar 20 2025
