Great chair, but it's a little too tall for me from my knee to the floor so my thigh touches my desk. I really like this chair. It is comfortable and looks nice. The cushion seat and back are comfortable with plenty of room. The legs were a little tricky to put on but if the instructions would have been a little clearer on how to twist them in place (wheel part) it would have gone easier. The chair arrived as scheduled, was easy to assemble. To be fair I've done probably 50 different chairs due to working in Hotels. The chair looks great and is fairly comfortable. There are a few things to note and consider that are not deficiencies. It is a large chair, and heavy duty. Because of this the lowest height is my standard setting, at this height, the arms will not go under my desk which has a drawer...probably 2" too high. It does not have any lumbar adjustment, no problem, just a note and for those wondering how thick the PU leather is, the answer is not very. If you have cats and they are allowed near this chair, di not expect it to remain nice. I had a claw mark the first day and covered it with a blanket...that helps but does not stop it. Lastly, the foot rest is ok, I don't love the style/design but it's functional. Also. How flat does it lay, it is not flat but it is a decent recline that one could nap in. I was very pleasantly surprised by this chair -- I've been searching for a comfortable desk chair made of something less ugly than mesh, and while I would've loved real leather, this chair was much more budget-friendly and it's really quite nice. It's larger (in a good way!) and more comfy than I expected, it took less than 10 minutes to assemble, and it doesn't smell like plastic or chemicals. The wheels move smoothly on a hardwood floor and don't leave marks. The back is supportive but also well-cushioned. I do a lot of focused desk work (sometimes don't get up for 3-4 hours) and this chair makes it easier. I'll be keeping this until my business is successful enough to upgrade to a chair made of fancy Italian leather (this is not happening any time soon, which means the chair will be with me for a long time)..
