I am putting 5 stars because of the manufacturer CS and Thoughtfulness. It is also due to the Quality and the beauty of the item. This desk is gorgeous. It is the perfect size at 60" Length. It has nice drawers that are spacious and allow for a standard 8.5"X11" Pad to fit inside. The far left drawer has nice separation for storing smaller items and not allowing them to slide around. The middle and far right allow for larger items. It does come with hardware cabinet knobs, though I changed mine out for some Rejuvenation Unlaquered Brass knobs. The installation was super easy, assembly provided was great, and came with all that was needed. It was wonderful how great it was packed. The drawers are pre assembled, making it super easy . it has a convenient compartment in the back for your wiring USB C & A cords to allow for a cleaner look. I love it. My front leg did come cracked in two areas, where it connects, but the manufacturer is currently in the process of helping which I appreciate . Will add pictures later, it is Gorgeous and so well done- Dont hesitate.... Nicole. Raleigh, NC. Mon Oct 05 2026

The desk is beautiful. Very solid. Super simple to put together. You just screw the four legs on. It is a bit heavy so you will need help turning it over. It has two drawers that are not the full width of the desk.. Suzette. Riviera Beach, FL. Thu May 07 2026

This writing desk brings a streamlined silhouette and functional organization to your space. It's crafted with a solid and engineered wood frame, and it rests on turned legs for a classic look. Two drawers provide dedicated storage for pens and small essentials, while the raised back edge helps keep items from rolling off. We chose the ink blue version of the desk and were very impressed with the quality of the wood and the ease of assembly. The color is just beautiful, and I am going to enjoy using this as a place to create artwork. The drawers are deeper than anticipated so this is a wonderful plus. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a Birch Lane product in the future.. L. New York. Mon Oct 05 2026

Pairing a clean-lined silhouette with distinctively carved legs, this writing desk adds plenty of classic character as it anchors your home office setup. Crafted from solid rubberwood with birch veneers, this piece has ample surface space (42" wide) to tackle your to-do list or work on DIY projects. Two drawers down below offer a bit of concealed storage for pens, sticky notes, and other WFH essentials. A variety of solid hue options makes it a cinch to match your space's style and color scheme.

I looked at a lot of desks before purchasing. This one was the perfect size & I love the spindle legs. Word of caution: I had lotion on my hands when I went to write a letter and it left an oily smear. My husband rubbed it out with tissue so it’s not as noticeable now. Will be getting a desk pad soon! Thnx to the other reviewer for showing the Anthro drawer pulls. Looks great! And yes the color is more of a dark charcoal which is what I wanted. Happy with my purchase.. Jackee. Seattle. This computer desk is a testament to timeless design. Its rich, wooden surface, with a beautiful pattern, exudes warmth and sophistication. The intricately carved, turned legs add a touch of elegance, harking back to classic furniture styles. Spacious enough to accommodate your computer, paperwork, and office essentials, it provides a dedicated workspace. Whether in a home office or study, this desk combines aesthetic appeal with practicality, creating an inviting and productive environment.

I wish I could leave a five star for this desk but its quality does not meet that standard. The legs of the desk are solid wood but the top part is very cheap veneer like material. Considering the price I give it four stars but why they didn’t just make the top of the desk a solid wood is disappointing. It takes about 40-45 minutes to put together because the top of the desk comes in many pieces you have to put together. I’m not using this as an actual desk so it works out fine. However, if you’re looking for everyday use, I would not recommend this desk. It looks cheap and the material is cheap except for the legs. It’s a definite you get what you pay for with this desk. The picture on Wayfair makes it look far nicer than it actually is.. Larissa. Parker Co. Mon Sep 28 2026
