Works great! Most pet steps are not built for long dogs (dachshunds). These work great for her to get onto the couch and it folds up to an ottoman or seat when needed. The carpet on the steps is just stapled down so that looks a little cheap. But I would most definitely still buy it again. Sue. US. Tue Sep 22 2026

It’s very well made with a very nice fabric. All I had to do was attach the legs, but I didn’t read the description properly because I thought it was 17 inches when it’s fully extended as a ramp but it’s 12 inches high when the ramp is extended and 17 inches when it’s in the ottoman position therefore I won’t be able to use it as a dog ramp but as an ottoman with the weight capacity it’s very nice.. My dog is older with really bad joints. She is able to get up and down these stairs pretty easily. The only thing I don’t love about them is that the middle step where it folds up is a little flat so it can make them A little uneasy. However, I love how folds away when you don’t need them so it doesn’t take up too much space. Almost looks like a side table when folded up. Overall, nice stairs for my pup!. Andrea. Sumter, SC.
