Well this is now called the quainsion, since we have three button quail living in this little mansion. It was not difficult to put together. My fiance would have but he was sick so I struggled through it and I can't even nail in a nail straight. Lol he did put some waterproofing on it so it will last longer, and for quail, he put a second latching mechanism so it will be difficult for raccoons to get in. Dimensions are accurate even though the set feels smaller than pictured. A couple drawbacks experienced were that some of the panel pieces came in warped, not bad but enough to deal with. A couple panels were also cracked with small pieces coming off. Overall could use a little design revision, but not a bad setup, just use it somewhere that it can be covered / protected from the elements as it will not survive multiple seasons fully exposed.. Also instructions were a little vague but not too hard to figure out and takes longer than 45 minutes to put together even with 2 people even using a power drill. Also power drill is a must since they only made holes on one side of it to put together. Also, there could of been better attachment pieces for the top and bottom without having to add locks on it.
