Love it! I’m glad I read the review that said she was glad that she also read reviews about the BEIGE really looking like GRAY in person. I wanted gray to match my other gray recliner and it is perfect! My husband loves his new BIG recliner. He is 6’4” and made my recliner look like a toy if he ever sat in it. But I wanted a little one. So we each have what we wanted!. Kelly. Spotsylvania, VA. Sat May 09 2026

This review will consist of two parts. What I think of the recliner so far is it is what I expected, comfortable and it survived shipping arriving in good shape. All the moving parts are OK and the remote is working properly. Now for the full service delivery: The photo supplied is where the driver dropped off the chair, on its side I might add. I set it up right to remove it from shipping container. 1. Room placement Nope, dropped on front step box wouldn't fit through door. 2. Appointment scheduling Late on four hour window and no phone call 1 hour prior that was stated. 3. Assembly and Set-up Not a chance. No delivery team, only one driver who wanted me to sign paper before I could check for damage and he took off as soon as he could after dropping off chair. 4. Debris removal No because he didn't set up so I have to get rid of all the cardboard. 5. And finally the $99 dollar option (I received it free) I got absolutely no value. I ordered from Wayfair because of this service as I am 77 years old and have trouble putting things together now and lifting heavy items. My suggestion to Wayfair is make sure when you give the item to a third party is make sure they will supply the service that was paid for. So for the moment 5 stars for the Recliner and if I could give less than 0 for delivery service I would.. Don Barbour. Tisdale. Wed Aug 05 2026

High quality, upscale recliner. I was hesitant to purchase a recliner (I didn’t want my room to look frumpy) but this one combined style and function. High recommend.. Anonymous. Fri Jul 12 2024

Smart, clean and ultra modern, this power recliner is utterly in vogue. You'll love its indulgent cushions and contemporary bustle back styling. The sumptuous fabric, accentuated with contrasting welting, easily blends with your decor. And with reclining at the press of a button, this piece proves chic design and superb comfort go hand in hand.

Ordered this recliner basically because of its size. First one delivered the head rest only worked once then the motor for it got super hot. Fortunately it happened while delivery guys were here to report issue. Unplugged, reported issue and a replacement was ordered. Replacement chair was delivered today after waiting several weeks again. The chair is firm! The chair is wide! The controls work properly, however the back height is a bit misleading because the seat sits higher so the back does not come up as high to the head as some other recliners. It is quiet and reclines nicely. The fabric is like a micro suede, so it’s smooth to the touch. Overall it’s a nice wide recliner but not a fluffy soft fall into chair, but I needed the stiffer feel and this works good for that. It also only needs a few inches from the wall, but it does take up a larger foot print. The color is a very light gray, blends well with almost any colors you might have.. Robert. Kodak, TN. I’ve been wanting this chair forever it seems and now that it’s here I have no complaints. It’s comfortable and looks good in my room. Delivery was great. Assembly was easy. This recliner is excellent - a great, sturdy material and build, with good support. You don't sink in to the chair, which I like, and it's still comfortable. There's no power lift, but it does have power recline. Along with heat, I was also surprised to see that it had a mode for cooling fans, which has been nice for the summer.. Anonymous.
