The bed itself is beautiful and it came out looking really nice. The delivery has much to be worked on. The boxes were extremely heavy and were left on the first level of my apartment complex. there was no options at checkout to have it delivered to Room of Choice. Then I scheduled Wayfair assembly and they went to the wrong house and left thinking I wasn't home. I had to call customer service to beg them to come back. The man who assembled it was nice and he did a good job with assembly. I wouldn’t highly recommend. It took my husband and me about an hour and a half to assemble and when we were done, we realized there were two “this side up” arrow stickers showing on the wings. They wouldn’t come except for by me cramping them off with tweezers, and they left yellow rings on the “velvet”. I wouldn’t call it velvet either. It’s a cheap version of it. Also, the pictures in the ad hide the fact that the headboard is two pieces. I wouldn’t have ordered if I realized that. Thankfully my pillows cover it but it cheapens it too. Love the look of this bed. Took a chance bc there were no reviews. The bed delivered in about 5 days. The packing wasn’t the best, but everything was intact and undamaged inside the box. Quality is fair, not exceptional. Upholstery is only on the outside of the bed, not behind the headboard, footboard or rails. Bed is assembled with bolts that are visible on the footboard which I don’t like. The fabric is linen and on the lighter side, not yellowish or grey. Hammered features are a nice contrast to the conventional upholstered bed design. Bed can be mixed with contemporary furniture or antiquish, like I have. All in all, I’d recommend.
