Nice frame, takes time to install if you do it yourself. it took me about 2 hours to finish by myself. Looks good. Bed slats could be done a bit thicker or stiffer. They seem not strong for me, seems very likely for bending (especially if a kid jumps). One slat came with a crack and had a problem during installation. overall happy (except the crack slat).. Good quality construction but we did have one screw hole that didn’t line up (bed was still secure without it thankfully). Overall the height is shorter than I imagined so be sure you want a very low profile bed (and check height measurements!) before ordering. Shelving is great though and great transition bed for a toddler.. Natalie. Chicago, IL. Tue Oct 20 2026

For an 8x8 foot bedroom in our north woods hunting cabin. We installed it to hover over the foot of a low platform bed. Sturdy enough for a 220 lb grown man, and the extra under-bed storage is great. We modified it for our needs…we omitted the side rail and installed the drawers to face out, not in. Not squeaky at all. No worries about weight capacity. Still need to buy a second mattress, but it’s perfect. Did I say sturdy? You betcha. Packaged very well and shipped fast. Highly recommend!. Shopaholic. Princeton, WI. Sun Oct 18 2026

Create a safe, stylish, and inspiring sleep space with this modern floor bed featuring super-high security barriers. Designed close to the ground, it encourages independence while providing a protected environment for restful sleep. Crafted from solid pine wood, the sturdy frame offers long-lasting durability and stability. Clean lines and a minimalist silhouette blend seamlessly into modern children’s bedrooms, doubling as a cozy space for play, reading, and relaxation.

It’s great. I had a 10” mattress and this was pretty much the only option that allowed that size mattress with a significant rail length left to have my toddler protected from rolling over and falling. The rails are not very sturdy but sometimes my daughter climbs over them and they have stayed in a good shape. I was worried about that when I read other reviews but it’s definitely not bad. Please note that there’s a space left on the edges, so if your child uses a pacifier be prepared to go looking for it at night.. Alba. Mon Oct 19 2026

It took me four hours by myself to put together but the instructions were ok and all the hardware was there. Construction of the wood parts was good. Super cute, my toddler was so excited. Took about 2.5 hours to build. Downside is the casters had to be left off or the drawers are too high to properly close all the way. Wish the support beams came with a few additional pieces so my husband and I felt more secure when laying in it with him to put him to sleep but overall sturdy enough. We also had to buy corner cushions for the pieces by the stairs because they are pretty sharp and my toddler slipped on the stairs and got a small cut by his eye when he hit the rails by the steps..
