This couch overall is decent but definitely not my favorite. The chenille fabric feels soft, the off white color is nice, and it was simple to put together. When first getting I let the cushions expand on their own but ended up opening the zipper and doing the pillows and backrest cushions by hand as they didn't fluff out fully on their own. The couch overall is very firm and I could see the back cushions shape not holding up over time. The seat cushions are deep making it ideal for lounging and the backrest and height of the couch is low so not super ideal for support when you want to sit and talk to others. One of the seat bases came warped which cause some issues when putting together but we were able to make it work because we didn't want to deal with a return process. I thought I was getting the 7 seater instead it’s 5 seater although it’s very comfortable once u break it in. Building the pull out portion the labeling was wrong right and left had to be switched. Other than that it’s cute. The measurements were perfect.I would note that the pullout legs are easily bendndable so be careful moving it just be sure to lift not drag. Pillows could be thinker maybe. Quality of fabric is spot. I’ve been sleeping on here the last 3 nights while I wait for my bed, it’s more on the firm side. Small gap between the pull out and the other couch so be sure to not drop ur phone retrieving it is a little hard. Storage is heavy duty and I love the side pockets. Like I said I wish there was option to choose between three 5 seater or 7 seater because I didn’t realize till the very end that I got the 5 seater.
