This couch is pretty great! It comes in 7 boxes which are all pretty heavy - one was 116lbs. Assembly was easy - definitely listen to the instructions when they say to put the back cushions on first. I immediately noticed that many of the cushion covers were stained either with black marks or makeup - the worst one is pictured. The manufacturer was very quick ant responding to the issue and is going to send replacement covers. The bottom cushions are firm, but the back cushions are slightly softer. Given the light color, the couch is already showing dirty spots which I knew that would happen.
