I love the final look of this couch! The seat cushions are very supportive, the perfect mix of firm and soft. All of the pictured covers are removable and machine washable, except the bottom half of the back rest that is zipped. It’s a part of a piece that must be spot cleaned. Only complaint - didn’t realize the seat cushions for the back rest were packaged in the armrest. One person can assemble this in roughly 2 hours.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026

Slightly larger than expected, but we love it! Not terrible to put together taking 1-2 hours, but figure that’s expected for the size. It is the most comfortable couch. The Ottomans can be moved wherever you want them with ease and our cats like them just as much as we do. It is not a pet friendly material however as our cats quickly tried to scratch it so we put some protective plastic on. But would definitely purchase again! We are living room people and this is definitely a lounge-worthy living room couch! 5 stars!!!. Stephanie. Media, PA. Sun Sep 06 2026

Lovely piece of furniture, it won't take its fluffed shape until a week after you open it. The color and fabric and very nice and the installation is easy. The couch is a little on the firm side, but I hope this will make it last longer and it doesn't sag. I only wish the corner pillows were the same size, as one of them is smaller and looks odd. The picture is 4 days after I received it, and the pillows weren't yet fully fluffed. Overall, it is a good deal.. Pauline. Bethlehem, PA. Sat Oct 10 2026

I cannot say enough good things about this sectional! I spent months looking at couches and was extremely hesitant to order one online without sitting on it first. The Brinsley ended up being exactly what I was looking for. The taupe color is absolutely beautiful in person. It’s the perfect warm neutral and works beautifully with the rest of our room. This is honestly a beautiful couch. I saw a few reviews mentioning that the cushions didn’t seem very full at first, but keep in mind they do need about 24–48 hours to fully expand. Once they did, the cushions were super plush and comfortable. We love how elegant it looks while still being incredibly cozy. The cushions are also nice and deep, which is exactly what we were looking for in our formal living room — comfortable but still polished and stylish. The only issue we had was that one of the back cushions arrived without its cover. We’ve contacted the manufacturer through Wayfair and are currently waiting on a replacement. Aside from that, we’re really happy with the couch and love how it looks in our space.. Whittney. Tennessee. Fri Feb 20 2026
