I wish that the Wayfair website had allowed me to buy one of the other options offered with this particular sectional as I would have gotten the option that had one more seat section instead. That said this is a small sectional that works for a small living room (seats 4 people). It is comfortable and looks nice. Since I am an older person I took advantage of having a Wayfair associate assemble this sectional. The young man who came was wonderful and did an excellent job of putting the sectional together although he did have a hard time aligning the sections to each other. I would definitely recommend this sectional for someone who has a small space and a limited budget.. Pat. Bridgeton, NJ. Thu Oct 01 2026

This couch is so cute and fits perfect in my little apartment!! If anyone is wondering, this couch came in 6 boxes total, each box was 40-50 lbs with the heaviest weighing over 65lbs. The only complaint I have is with the directions. They listed a part that was apparently needed, but through reading the instructions on how to put the couch together, it turns out that it wasn’t needed at all and was just a ghost part lol. Abbi. So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

The six included accent pillows add an extra layer of texture and comfort.

This modular sectional came in eight boxes, which we expected. I love putting things together, so assembling this sectional was pretty fun for me. I gave it four stars for two reasons: 1) The legs on this are plastic, not wood. 2) It is not very comfortable. Also, if you are expecting this couch to be grey, it’s not. It’s more of a dark navy - which is exactly what we wanted. Since it’s a basement couch for us, we couldn’t beat the price, the quick delivery, the quick assembly, and it looks really nice!. We picked this one because all of the cushions have removable covers. With kids and dogs, it it’s important we can wash all of that. Only thing I’m worried about is if you accidentally tries to sit on arm of couch it could break.. Misty. Mon Oct 12 2026

I thought I was getting the 7 seater instead it’s 5 seater although it’s very comfortable once u break it in. Building the pull out portion the labeling was wrong right and left had to be switched. Other than that it’s cute. The measurements were perfect.I would note that the pullout legs are easily bendndable so be careful moving it just be sure to lift not drag. Pillows could be thinker maybe. Quality of fabric is spot. I’ve been sleeping on here the last 3 nights while I wait for my bed, it’s more on the firm side. Small gap between the pull out and the other couch so be sure to not drop ur phone retrieving it is a little hard. Storage is heavy duty and I love the side pockets. Like I said I wish there was option to choose between three 5 seater or 7 seater because I didn’t realize till the very end that I got the 5 seater. Now to find a a little table lol best of luck, God bless. Kw. Sun Aug 02 2026

My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026

The color, size and material of this sectional are great. The one cushion did come with a tear in it however the seller responded to my report quickly and sent out a replacement. I will say that putting it together was a little difficult. There is a lip on all the pieces next to the brackets that make it hard to line up and slide in. We found that if you put the piece on its side it slid together easier. It is also very comfortable. I wish the back cushions came with velcro on the back of them like the seat cushions do to help them stay in place better. All in all a very nice sectional. Andrea. Harrisburg, PA. Thu Jul 23 2026
