Just got this recliner to replace the one I bought from WAYFAIR a few years ago. I had used it for hours on a daily basis so the springs slowly had lost their support. The chair itself is nice and the cushion is nice but the heated controls are a little delicate and they are put to the back of the armrest where you can’t see them. Nice comfy chair, the movable headrest is great feature as well as the hidden cup holders. One of our chairs arrived with some damage to the leather. Hopefully they will take care of this. The only other complaint is the price went down twice within 3 days and they would not give me the price adjustment (would have been almost a $200 savings)and the chairs had not been delivered yet. Also I prepared to be avaliable for the scheduled delivery time and waited all day before receiving a notice the delivery was delayed. I’m very happy with my 2 new lounge chairs recliners. So far they function wonderfully from sitting to reclining positions. On both sides of the chair there are two buttons that tightlock the chosen chair position, so it stays secure. Very comfortable. ++ The price of this chair (I got it on sale) was better than other chairs with lesser quality frames. My zero gravity chairs in the past have typically lasted only two years. While the mesh and attachment of the seat to the frame is pretty much the same as other chairs, this one does have double-straps which should last a bit longer.
