Material is great, soft and comfortable on the skin. Couch, is B grade for sure. Modular, so easy to assemble and carry. However the connections between pieces could use a bit more improvement. If against wall or not moved much, should do fine. If in the open or you will have lots of movements, maybe not the sturdiest. I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. I was skeptical....Delivery wasn't up to standards...BUT, the sofa is awesome! Very firm, but springy, requiring a little "just getting used to". Fabric is better than expected, the color is a little lighter than pictured. This cloud couch is HUGE. We purchased the 4 seater and it is perfectly long and extremely comfortable. It was very easy to put together, just open and put the covers on the base and pillows. It’s not super fluffy but it is very soft and comfortable enough to lay on and enjoy watching tv with 2-3 more people next to you and everyone having more than enough space. This ottoman arrived very well pal he’s, I was worried it would be in a huge box and hard to carry, but the box was slender and not very heavy. The poofy part was well vacuum sealed and fluffed up IMMEDIATELY. There weren’t any weird smells and super easy to assemble. Essentially just screwed on the legs and attached the poofy part to the Velcro strips. This couch is larger than I thought in a good way. It's super comfortable and the deep seating is perfect for the tall kids and husband. Since its for a smaller family room and its a module couch, I took the center piece out so now it's an oversized love seat and now it fits wonderfully. (Im using the middle section for seating in my room) I am missing the 1st layer of the seat covers. Im still giving it 5 stars because it doesnt affect how you use it at all. This would have gotten a 5star if the right upholstered set came to us in full. Half was beige 1 and the other half was in in beige 4. Had to call and ask for slip covers to match the intended ones ordered....but when they came, it still didn't match with the originals so I had to call and get a whole new set of covers sent so they all will match. Whatever you do, tell them to note that the set all matches to avoid this. if it does happen to you, ask for entire slip cover for all 8 seater to be replaced to ensure they all match.. Ha. Florida.
