I only wish the touchscreen was luminated However, the massage intensity and heat coverage could be better. The rollers sometimes feel like they miss certain areas of the back, and the massage programs are somewhat limited. The chairs appearance is exactly like the photos. It’s beautiful and elegant. Keep in mind - The only purpose for this chair would be for a massage. You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!.
