Overall for the price it is a well made chair. Some of the issues I have with it probably would have been avoided if there was an instruction book on how to use the features. I don’t know how to reduce the intensity, or where the heat is. The rollers are fixed and very strong. The chair didn't work out for me, but I may be too bony for it. It was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. Instructions on operating the chair are not good. Lot of fumbling around. There is no USB charging port mentioned in the operation manual and we cannot find one on the chair. The sweet dreams setting actually rocks back and forth. Very enjoyable. The heat is soothing. I recently purchased Modern PU Leather With Wood Grain Full Body Zero Gravity Massage Chair Recliner with Heat & Bluetooth Speaker and overall my experience has been average. The chair has a very nice modern design, and the PU leather with the wood grain finish looks great. I also liked the zero-gravity feature, which does help you relax and takes pressure off your back. The heat function is a nice touch and the Bluetooth speakers are convenient for listening to music while using the chair. Setup was fairly straightforward and the chair feels sturdy.
