Vertical side slats keep items secure while adding an open, airy look. Its folding design allows for quick setup and convenient storage or portability whenever you decide to rearrange. Came beautifully packaged! No dings. The color is slightly more orangey than I wanted but I’m okay with that. I love that there is no assembly, and the wood is fairly good quality for the price. Just two negatives - I wish I could remove the nubs (that join the units together) on the top unit, and the company sticker on the unit was a bear to get off - I don’t know why companies put them on the unit like that! A least make them easier to remove. Took me 25 minutes with goo be gone to scrape it off. I left the bottom one on that can’t be seen bc I don’t feel like scraping another one off!. Lisa. US. This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. This book shelf was easy to construct. It took one person approximately an hour to assemble. The instructions were clear and simple to follow. All of the hardware and tools were included. Sturdy and looks great! I have a lot of books that caused the shelves on my old bookcase to sag, but these are thick and seem super strong. For what this is,, an inexpensive, tall narrow bookcase, it is decent. It is very hard to find the case the arrow so I was glad for it. But it’s definitely laminate MDF wood. Also, I wasn’t sure if I would like the black interior, but it’s actually nice and makes it look a little more expensive than if it was all fake walnut MDF on the inside.. Leslie. Valley Village, CA.
