The photos don’t do this chandelier justice. I bought the special crystal spectre option. A little more expensive but it twinkles so well. I installed LED lights for energy efficiency and installed a smart Lutron switch to control it and with handy remote. I decided to install it without cutting the chain or electrical wiring for a few reasons. It does make the chandelier look a little unkept since the chain is doubled up unevenly but I kept the full length intact so I can always adjust it and lower it for cleaning when needed. I absolutely love this lamp. It is hanging over our dining room table and looks fabulous. The only issue I have had with it is the chrome at the base gets discolored over time and a metal cleaning agent is needed to make it shiny again.
