This is a tough one. I’m basing my 4-star review on the product not the process. I’d give the process 2 stars. While the table was shipped to me in brilliant packaging (the largest circular pieces of styrofoam you’ll ever see), and I assembled it in no time, the chairs were packed in a flimsy box that fell apart at some point in transit and was wrapped along the way in packing tape poorly, leaving a big hole through which the hardware (screws etc) fell out. While the manufacturer to their credit did send me replacement parts, it took weeks! The product itself only took a few days but the replacement parts apparently had to come all the way from China. It was very frustrating. Then when I finally got them I realized that the pre-drilled holes on the seat back of one chair was misaligned, but I just accepted it and only used 3 instead of 4 screws and it seems to be holding fine. Overall, it looks great and is what I wanted but that annoyance makes me remove one star.. Anonymous. Wed Oct 07 2026

These chairs look exactly like the photo online and feel sturdy and comfortable. When I got the box, it was secured with this strange red tape and didn’t seem fully sealed, and some of the wood pieces had visible scuffs and chips. However, when I finished putting them together, those chips weren’t noticeable. The chairs were very easy to put together and didn’t require any additional tools. I recommend these chairs!. Giovanna. I have a small townhome, and this fits perfectly in the small nook meant for a dining area. it definitely seems shorter and meant for a smaller space. There’s not much leg room and the chair backs have lots of give, but it’s cute and good materials. Shannon. Wed Sep 30 2026
