A French chef favorite, the Saucier’s rounded, cornerless bottom yields the silkiest sauces, making even a weeknight pasta feel like a five-star meal. From béchamel to velouté, the Saucier is designed for smooth, fully emulsified sauces. Dishes like risotto and gumbo, which require constant agitation, benefit from the Saucier’s cornerless bottom, which guides the whisk and promotes circulation. Like the rest of the Stainless Clad Cookware, thes is crafted in Italy from 5 layers of metal for improved heat conduction and distribution. It heats evenly and responds instantly to temperature changes, giving more control when sautéing, deglazing, and reducing. It also cleans up in seconds, as it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes. A rolled rim allows you to pthe sauces without spilling, and the hollow Stay Cool Handle keeps the hands safe.

I wanted so much to add this pan to my cooking arsenal. It’s a beautiful looking piece, and seems of very high quality. That being said, it was just too heavy for me to handle on a regular basis, so I had to return it. I did understand and expect that it would be heavy, but it was more than I’d anticipated. I’ve taken one star away for that, because I think it’s an important consideration to draw some attention to. But, other than that - probably if it had been somewhat lighter - I really think I would’ve been very happy with it longterm.. Mary. New Boston, NH. Mon Sep 28 2026

This material is free from harmful chemicals, unlike the majority of modern alternatives with unverified compositions. Enamel coating does not interact with the food or alter its flavor, making it the perfect choice for healthy cooking. Its proven safety makes enamelware a reliable and wholesome alternative to the vastness of uncertain options available today. Hypoallergenic and eco-friendly. PFOA-free. PTFE-free. Crafted for longevity, the pot is made of thick 0.7mm aluminum and covered with high-quality enamel. Don't heat an empty stock pot, and do not cool it abruptly so that the enamel does not crack or change color, and the pot will serve you for many years.
