Attractive and so-far sturdy. Only issue I have is with the assembly instructions specifically regarding the curtains and bug screens. They guide us not clear regarding proper placement of them. I am certain they are not installed properly but there is only so many times that I will put up and take down the panels before I surrender. The illustrations do not jive with the instructions. This gazebo is nice once completed. We were stuck at the beginning with the 4 roof corner poles. The entire screw and holder for the screws came out of the poles. Took two professionals 11 hands-on hours to complete. Instructions claiming it takes 3 hours is a said joke - takes 2 hours just to unpack all the parts and peel plastic coating off the roof panels. Maybe there’s a better way to design it or preassemble some so it doesn’t all fall on the customer. Bigger issue I have is that there are no covers for the hardware at the feet - pretty ugly. It is beautiful, but hard to build, a lot of screws, which take an Alan wrench, all that could have been avoided with the use of buttons that click into place, but the worst part is the Curtains, the directions do not tell you how to put the curtains up, it took four times, with trial and error to figure out how to hang the curtains, if you buy one, you will know what I mean. But when it is built, it is so pretty, and cool inside, the neighbors have stopped speaking. That is when you know you have done good Just a tip, the heavy drapes go on the big bar with the tie strings in the outside, so you can tie the onto the poles with the seam Aligning with each pole The mosquito netting hangs on those smaller curtain rods, which angle out the wrong way to someone that doesn’t know what’s going on, I can zip them and place them on the small skinny curtain rods, making sure that the ties are facing toward the pole that ties them to the pole, And unzip them as you go, that’s pretty much it. Update After a snow and ice storm in December 2025 the roof caved in. My husband put the frame together by himself in a few hours. I’ve had this for around 3 weeks now. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is I thought the frame was going to be black instead of brown in color so I don’t think the brown looks good with the gray top but overall it is very sturdy and well may but it was hard for one person to put together so it took three people to put it together and about three hours I would say. It works great for any time of year and we have really enjoyed it this summer so far because it has kept the bugs out and and have used the fire pit under it and been able to sit out in the evenings and enjoy it.. Great product we purchased the 12x20 said you will need 6 people for 14 hours, I did it in 16 hours by myself the only part I needed a quick hand with was putting up the 4 posts once I had those up I was off to the races directions were very clear few confusing parts but nothing that wasn't fixable, its sturdy and well built all screws lined up with pre tapped holes and it looks great at the campground, 3 hours after completing it we got a thunderstorm with heavy winds, we stayed dry under there, I was 100% leary of it coming from wayfair but I am impressed with it anyone complaining about it should just hire someone to build it because no issues seeing i did 98% of the building of it myself.. I'm proactively giving a good rating, and will be back after assembly tomorrow. Good price, and I did some comparisons. I'm disappointed about the delivery. I've had large items delivered before a walk-in tub, custom sofa sleeper and both times, with specific, confirmed delivery instructions - had to get assertive with delivery guys, who prefer to drop these and similar items on my driveway in plain site. For this gazebo delivery, my instructions were to put these heavy boxes in my garage, which didnt happen. The garage doors were wide open FedX never cooperates UPS does. I can always depend on UPS. Ill see how this Assembly goes and then write my review. I'M BACK! Paying for the assembly was smart. 2 guys in uniforms showed up 7 am promptly the day of the predicted storm, and moved the boxes into my garage. They returned the following morning 7 am sharp, laid out all the pieces and had the gazebo built and secured to my deck. Then with owner supervising, the drapes/netting hung with completion in record time at 10:30 am. The gazebo is absolutely beautiful. My neighbor even took pictures of it. I love this gazebo! It was not easy to put together, it took 4 of us about 7 hours. But I absolutely love it! It's well made and feels like it's going to last a long time. The 4 posts are not solid wood, they feel hollow and if you look close you can see the seams in the wood where they put it together. But I still love it. It shipped in 4 boxes, and you'll definitely need 2 people to move the boxes around. The hooks are nice, I have 2 battery operated pendant lights hanging from them and it looks great! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gazebo is a 15x15 but looks smaller than stated or looks compared to other of the same size. It still provides plentiful shade as it should. The metal roof of s very sturdy and ridged making it super easy to keep clean and long lasting. The rails make a good addition in keeping little ones in when trying to enjoy some outside time. Assembly was very easy even when done with one person. My only complaints is that some of the instructions were not very clear, example the way the solar box 🗃️ r remote work. Arrived incredibly fast! It was really easy to put together. It took me about 2 hours to assemble the base by myself, and then my daughter and nephew helped with the top. That part took a little longer (thanks to a few snack and break interruptions ), but the total active assembly time was about 6 to 6½ hours. It’s already held up through some heavy rain and high winds here in the Chicago area—and that was before we even anchored it to the concrete. So far, I’m absolutely loving it.
