The quality of this product is subpar. For spending almost 1k I would expect a little more. Metal that doesn’t crush or bend easily would be a start. The way Wayfair and Purple Leaf has handled delivered broken pieces is also incredibly frustrating. I paid for the Wayfair professional assembly and that didn’t go well, either. I love the look of this gazebo. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. My husband was able to assemble it by himself. We checked and rechecked the finished product with the instructions to make sure it was properly assembled. The only things I was not happy about is one of the chair backs is not stretched tight and droops a little and for some reason one chair was too close to the upright pole in the corner and was rubbing against it when you glide backwards in the seat. My husband was able to adjust it just enough to barely miss the pole and we're hoping it doesn't misalign after sitting in it through the summer. We love these so much we bought two….now three after one malfunctioned. A couple of months into our second swing bed we noticed it had a deep crack in the center front bench seat.
