I absolutely love this new hammock chair. I ordered the natural white. The rope used to create this hammock is super soft. I like the metal support that is on the inside of the hanging loop. Also another nice feature is that the rope of the hammock won’t slip off the spreader bar because of its design. I definitely recommend this chair. It’s so comfortable. Update the replacement parts arrived earlier than expected and I didn’t have any problem putting it together after that. I especially like that there’s a little pocket on the hammock. I accidentally submitted this review too early. The chair arrived about a week ago, but parts of the stand were dented and can’t fit together. This hammocks design is so flawed it is unusable. The hammock when pulled tight enough to keep your back from hitting the bottom wooden arc is so tight at the edges it flips over. The metal bars that came to secure the wooden pieces together were bent and made putting this hammock together a nightmare. Product (swing chair in grey) is as described. Good proportions. The carabineer that came with it is roughly finished and gets caught on the fabric of the strap I used to install the swing seat. I've only had the swing seat for a week, so impression may change with time. The cushion fabric holds on to debris that lands on it, rather than brushing off easily as in other outdoor fabrics.
