Came with all the hardware to mount it to the ceiling but I did get a stand so it was not needed. I did find that I am motion sick when I use it so Im kind of disappointed in that, lol. But that is not a reflection on the product itself. The cushion is very comfortable, not super thick but with the webbing it works well. The fabric is comfortable yet sturdy for outdoors. Product is accurate to the picture and a great quality and better priced than other good quality egg chairs I looked at. I was disappointed that there was some assembly. Set it up with two people and it was very challenging to set up. It was extremely challenging to align the holes to be screw in. I took multiple breaks when frustration set in. My egg chair is beautiful. I would have preferred if it had no assembly. I don’t plan to take it apart ever, even with a new home move.
