It’s perfect for our space! It took about 2.5 hours to put together but the instructions were easy to follow and it was made in a way that made it simple to figure out how to put together! I was able to put it together myself, but it was frustrating at times. Many of the holes aren’t drilled properly, making it hard to screw in things. The two doors for the larger part aren’t close enough, so you can see a space. The thing to lift up the cushion was especially difficult to screw in. We’ve been using this shoe storage cabinet for a few years now, and it has held up well overall. It feels durable, and we’ve been maintaining it, so it still looks nice. It’s definitely cute and works well for our space. It holds a good number of shoes, but it’s not suitable for tall boots since the compartments aren’t high enough. Installation was fairly okay—my husband took about one to two hours to put it together. The only small issue we had was that one of the side doors doesn’t close perfectly, but it hasn’t been a major problem. One thing to note is that the “mirror” front shown in pictures is actually a tinted panel, not real glass or a mirror, so just be aware of that before purchasing. It’s very affordable and looks nice, but it’s not a high-end shoe cabinet. That said, it does its job well. We even use the top surface for extra storage and decor.
