I think this dresser is great! It fits the rest of the decor in my room very well. You cant fit too much into each drawer, as theyre not that deep, and some of the wood parts used for this are cheap and fragile (so be careful when building it). But other than that I think its a decent size for my room and is beautiful in color. Added bonus! Customer service is great. A piece came broken, and Wayfair and the manufacturer immediately came to the rescue in replacing the broken piece. Do I think this dresser will last long-term Absolutely not. Shopped around for a kid friendly dresser, that was compact. Looked at many different dressers at a similar price point and this design was most aesthetic for my needs. Delivery was very fast (2 days) the dresser was packaged very well in box. Everyone else’s reviews were spot on. The dresser took several hours to build and the particle board material is sensitive. I used a drill and was careful not to apply too much pressure to avoid surface damage to the dresser pieces. Also used the drill in the slow mode and controlled speed. I laid all of the material out and organized the pieces in numerical order for easy accessibility. Overall, the dresser met my expectations. Drawers are smaller ( but this was expected). Perfect for what I need, color is amazing. Some reviews said that this was the worst thing they have ever bought because the drawers don’t lineup right. However you just have to know how to put things together. -some of pre-drilled holes might be just a little bit off but common sense you line everything up. -Such as specifically the black tracks; line to the edge of the wood (do them all the same as the last) If for any reason, your drawers didn’t sit on the tracks and fit in correctly, there is a way to fix it - just go back and check your work. Gorgeous piece of furniture. Solidly made, very heavy. No assembly needed, got it out of them and it was ready to be placed in the room. I bought it to use as linen storage as my house doesn’t have a linen closet. The chest of drawers is very nice looking. It is a heavy piece of furniture, but the drawers arent as sturdy as I thought they should be. I can feel them wobble a bit when opening. It seems that all furniture is like this these days. The bottom drawer has a cedar lining, and the top drawer contains a velvet lining. I am happy with the purchase, but I do wish the drawers were more stable. The delivery of this piece of furniture went well, although another piece was damaged. Birch Lane took care of that situation. I must have been mistaken by thinking the purchase included white glove delivery, but it was only delivered to the room, not unpacked.
