Six replacement chairs were received. Four of those chairs are damaged as well. The packaging appears to be the issue. The hardware is placed inside the cushions of the chair, and through shipping, is causing damage to the cushions. I will attach the pictures again. I reported this yesterday.. Sherrie. This came in a bunch of pieces but is very sturdy. Hardest part was getting it all out of the box. Exactly what I wanted and a high enough headboard-where you can see the metal still poking out with all my decor pillows. Even with a thick platform bed and mattress! Very sturdy and doesn’t creak! Wayfair had the best price on this beauty, and I’m able to pay it out! Thanks!. Dawn Gardenhire . Oklahoma. Wed Jul 01 2026

This platform bed updates your home with a vintage-inspired look that blends seamlessly into any traditional or farmhouse setup. Constructed from steel, it features a slatted headboard and footboard that introduce an airy, open profile to your arrangement. Center support legs work alongside the perimeter frame to deliver a stable sleeping foundation that handles everyday use smoothly. Because the system includes its own steel slats, your mattress rests directly on the base to simplify your setup. Plus, it features an adjustable headboard height so you can easily customize the clearance to suit your specific mattress thickness.

The bed frame is simple but quite pretty and sturdy. The low profile footboard doesn’t cut into a small room - helps to keep it open. And there are two height choices. The taller choice allows for a nice space underneath for storage. The only thing I worry about is the plastic spacers that keep the crossbars for the platform in place. If a person needed to take the bed apart for any reason, I would worry that those spacers would wear out.. Michele. Harlingen, TX. Fri May 15 2026

This four-poster bed brings classic style and a relaxed foundation to your space. It's crafted with a steel frame that offers stability, while the integrated footboard creates a balanced silhouette. The padded headboard features foam fill and soft polyester upholstery, giving you a cushioned backing while sitting up to read or relax. Designed for use with a box spring and mattress, this low-profile frame grounds your setup while elevating your home's decor. Plus, underbed clearance gives you helpful extra room to store off-season essentials out of sight.

Beautiful bedframe super easy too build. Super easy to clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because we have an 8 Sleep mattress (heavier) had to lay down extra support beams. Will work perfectly with any normal mattress.. Haley. Hastings, MN. Wed Oct 07 2026

Update your bedroom with this platform bed frame and all its traditional charm – plus, some modern practicality. It's crafted from steel in a classic silhouette and comes with wooden slats that eliminate the need for a box spring. The design features an elegant slatted headboard showcasing vintage-inspired turns details and a softly arching top, paired with a matching footboard to complete the look. What's more, the 10" under-bed clearance means there's also plenty of room for a couple storage bins.

I did a lot of research regarding the weight capacity of metal beds. We have a king size black beauty rest mattress that works best with box springs so the total mattress weight has to be around 200lbs. My husband and I combined are just under 400 lbs. so I wanted a minimum of 700 lbs to more than cover. Also my husband is 6’2” and I was concerned about his feet getting caught in the footboard. We tested it without the box springs because the bed doesn’t require those. He didn’t have any issues but we ended up adding the box springs anyway. Now the bed with the springs goes higher than the footboard. The mattress height alone is 14 inches and box springs add about 4 inches. The bed frame is heavy at just under 103 pounds so that was important. I didn’t want a lightweight frame. The decor on the head and footboard is beautiful, gives an antique vibe like the bed my grandmother had but no squeaking. We have slept on this for just under a week and there is no sound. We were able to put this together is about twenty minutes. The instructions are clear with numbers for connecting pieces that slid into place easily. We did use the rubber mallet included to secure each piece. Love the bed, very happy with the sturdiness and look.. Linda. Kansas City, MO. Fri Sep 11 2026

The Metal Bed Fram with Victorian Style Iron Art Headboard and Footboard was fairly priced for the whole set and of good quality. This is great. Seems structurally stable. Easy to put together. Two complaints. The silver metal bolts are visible on the outside of the posts, so I’m spray painting those to match the frame. The bigger complaint is that the mattress slides. The bottom rails are smooth and flush. there’s no recessed area for the mattress to sit in to keep it in place. So we will be installing a rail of some sort to keep it from moving every time you get in and out of bed.. Liz P. Ohio. Wed May 13 2026

With 3500 LBS weight capacity and no box spring needed, it's a cost-effective and durable choice for bedrooms, guest rooms, and vacation rentals.

Me and my husband put the bed together and we got it done in about an hour. Once together we realized that we needed a little more support for our foam mattress because the metal slats were not wide and had to much space between them to give good support. We just put the cardboard the frame came in on top of the frame and it worked great. The frame is very sturdy and i needed that support being over 200 lbs. It has plenty of space underneath for storage. It’s a great buy for the price.. Carolyn. US. Fri Aug 28 2026
