I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Building the couch took about an hour, and the cushion covers were easy to put on. The ottoman is the perfect space to store blankets when we’re not using them. We are loving this couch so far!. I was skeptical....Delivery wasn't up to standards...BUT, the sofa is awesome! Very firm, but springy, requiring a little "just getting used to". Fabric is better than expected, the color is a little lighter than pictured. Another adjustment...the sofa comes to the floor, no legs, and I can't count how many times my toes have stopped me dead (but softly). LOL! Bottom line, I'm very happy with it! The color is so pretty!!! Like it’s if rainforest green and Satin-like hues had a BABY!!! Like OH MY GOSH!!! I love it so much, and it’s just so annoying that the pictures don’t do it justice!! Also, the pillows swole up pretty nicely. They’re not plush soft which i like, but they are a bit strong when newly opened, so that’s there too, but i don’t mind that either. The setting up was pretty seamless, they did forget to add a set of pieces needed but when i let them know, they got them sent to me in like 3- 4 days or so, which wasn’t too bad . Overall it took about 2 hours or so, probably less, to set it up by myself. It’s my first big girl couch for my new apartment so i was really excited about getting something that fits the whole idea i have for the space and it just EATS!!!! A big tip i’d say is to wait until the end of the assembly, when you start super tightening all the screws and stuff, then you’ll really see how STURDY this thing is! This cloud couch is HUGE. We purchased the 4 seater and it is perfectly long and extremely comfortable. It was very easy to put together, just open and put the covers on the base and pillows. Im still letting the pillows breath, is big but im not a big fan of the pillows for the back, for my taste they are to low.
