Omg, I was doubting about getting this couch because reviews didn’t show pictures, but here is an honest review. Shipping was amazing, I was called 2 times before it came, one when he was heading this way and another one when he was here. The couch in general is amazing, fabric and cushions are so soft and it is loungey but you don’t sink into it, so it doesn’t make it easy to stand up but still VERY comfortable, all cushion covers are removable and can be washed which I think it’s the best specially having a pet or kids. I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Building the couch took about an hour, and the cushion covers were easy to put on. The ottoman is the perfect space to store blankets when we’re not using them. We are loving this couch so far!. This cloud couch is HUGE. We purchased the 4 seater and it is perfectly long and extremely comfortable. It was very easy to put together, just open and put the covers on the base and pillows. It’s not super fluffy but it is very soft and comfortable enough to lay on and enjoy watching tv with 2-3 more people next to you and everyone having more than enough space. This couch is larger than I thought in a good way. It's super comfortable and the deep seating is perfect for the tall kids and husband. Since its for a smaller family room and its a module couch, I took the center piece out so now it's an oversized love seat and now it fits wonderfully. (Im using the middle section for seating in my room) I am missing the 1st layer of the seat covers. Im still giving it 5 stars because it doesnt affect how you use it at all. The color is so pretty!!! Like it’s if rainforest green and Satin-like hues had a BABY!!! Like OH MY GOSH!!! I love it so much, and it’s just so annoying that the pictures don’t do it justice!! Also, the pillows swole up pretty nicely. They’re not plush soft which i like, but they are a bit strong when newly opened, so that’s there too, but i don’t mind that either. The setting up was pretty seamless, they did forget to add a set of pieces needed but when i let them know, they got them sent to me in like 3- 4 days or so, which wasn’t too bad . Overall it took about 2 hours or so, probably less, to set it up by myself. It’s my first big girl couch for my new apartment so i was really excited about getting something that fits the whole idea i have for the space and it just EATS!!!! A big tip i’d say is to wait until the end of the assembly, when you start super tightening all the screws and stuff, then you’ll really see how STURDY this thing is! Im still letting the pillows breath, is big but im not a big fan of the pillows for the back, for my taste they are to low. This ottoman arrived very well pal he’s, I was worried it would be in a huge box and hard to carry, but the box was slender and not very heavy. The poofy part was well vacuum sealed and fluffed up IMMEDIATELY. There weren’t any weird smells and super easy to assemble. Essentially just screwed on the legs and attached the poofy part to the Velcro strips. Looks exactly like the photo so just know if you order the "beige" one that it isn't actually beige but more of an off white color. It is sometimes hard to tell colors through a screen but this was pretty accurate to the photos. Assembly was very straight forward and simple. I had the whole thing built within the hour. The only reason I docked a star was because this was a bit slow to ship. After ordering, it was on hold for about 6 days before I started seeing any movement with it. Set up was fairly easy between my wife and I. We had no idea how the whole sofa was only 3 boxes, but the cushions were super compressed and double sealed. This picture was within 6 hours of opening. It's lower to the ground so like some of the other reviews said if you have knee problems, I would pass but otherwise so far it's comfortable. I'm 5'3 and if I sit all the way back the headrest fits perfectly to me so if you're tall, may not be the best option. Shipping though, the boxes came a little beat up, and there was a hole so a pack of hardware screws for one of the headrest is missing which explains the photo below which was taken as soon as it was set up.. I was skeptical....Delivery wasn't up to standards...BUT, the sofa is awesome! Very firm, but springy, requiring a little "just getting used to". Fabric is better than expected, the color is a little lighter than pictured. Another adjustment...the sofa comes to the floor, no legs, and I can't count how many times my toes have stopped me dead (but softly). LOL! Bottom line, I'm very happy with it!
