Overall it’s okay. The material is very nice and soft. Its pretty hard to sit on, not much cushioning, but not horrible. The 2 points of major criticism I have is that, on both sides, metal is pushing into the connecting cloth of seat to foot rest and will obviously rip over time. The worst though is the foot rest is at a down angle, you are not able to rest your lower legs and foot, all weight is on the calves (only point of contact) and that edge of the foot rest is hard.. Its a great chair. Nice build. Heavy box delivery, takes at least two people, unless you disassemble it wherever it is placed. Upon construction, sliding the back wing pieces on was a bit frustrating, but once they were in place, everything was good to go. The phone/tablet holder is a nice added touch and it's even better that it's reasonably removable! For those who like heat, this baby HEATS UP! My dad is cold always, he sat in it and turned it on and forgot to turn it off. Within 5 minutes after sitting back down, my back was toasted beyond my liking... I do not like added heat, I'm a warmblooded person...but if that's you're thing, this baby does heat up. I won't be using that feature.
