It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. These chairs would probably be 1000 each in a furniture store, we paid less than that with tax for 2. They are heavy ( I wouldnt want to carry them upstairs - they come in 1 box) and feel like quality. My husband is 62 and 275 lbs . He can lean backrecline and the chair is stable. He likes the chairs as much as I do. The chair backs are a good height from the seat. Allowing you to rest your head to take the pressure off your neck. This is a beautiful looking recliner. My husband really likes it. He said he likes that it doesnt rock and the amount of space it has makes him feel very comfy in it. The recliner was easy to assemble. I posted a picture so that you can see when you zipper the arms make sure you have them upside down.
