We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. I love this loveseat sofa! It's easy to clean, very comfortable to sit on, and it's a great color. I put this together myself, but really struggled due to my disability. So it's a definite 2 person job to put together, because it is super heavy to lift.
