Sooo beautiful! I love how realistic the logs look! I love the amber effect when they're lit. The temp blows out hot, but my one star removal is because there's not a way to easily go up and down in temp on the remote or on the unit, when you push the button it just goes up in degrees to eventually reset back down. You can go down one if you went too high in temp. The entire base of unit gets super hot. But it is self-contained heat, meaning it doesn't make the surround or the thing it's sitting on hot. Only any areas right in front of the heating element get hot, so can't have wood or other combustibles in that area. But if you have wood or other combustible material underneath or to the sides or to the back, it will not get hot. So that's nice. It's compact in width but deep. The feet extend further than the unit itself, so note that if building your fireplace yourself like I'm working on. Otherwise, still love it! (Ps, after you turn it off, it takes a minute or so for the blower to stop. Then it takes a little while got the metal frame to stop being hot. But, love the ambiance!. Megan. US. Fri Oct 16 2026

If you appreciate ornate design, this fireplace will draw you in. A circular floral rosette centers the mantel, while the retro scrollwork iron doors add romantic elegance. Fluted columns echo classic Roman architecture, giving the piece order and stability. Behind the iron doors, the realistic log flame flickers and glows, casting a warm, inviting light across the room. It fits naturally into Modern Farmhouse, Traditional, or Moody Vintage living rooms and bedrooms.

I cannot say enough good things about this insert. It fit perfectly behind one of the lower doors of our TV cabinet and looks like it was part of our original setup. It has several settings, also can have heat or no heat, and the best part is: It is controlled by an app on our phone. Doesn't get much better than this. Love this product!!!. Deborah. This is gorgeous - looks so real! Can't wait to use it in the colder months.. Jamie. Sylvania, OH. Mon Sep 28 2026

Perfectly sized for apartments, condos, and cozy family rooms, this electric fireplace offers a slim, space-saving footprint without sacrificing style or function. Available in two compact dimensions—42"W x 14"D x 40"H and 46"W x 12"D x 40"H—it provides generous mantel display space while fitting effortlessly into smaller layouts. Assembly is refreshingly simple thanks to the two-box packaging, which separates the mantel shelf and fireplace insert for easier handling and protection during transit. The timeless design features refined louvers and a simulated snow-white marble vein effect, giving the unit a curated, built-in look that complements farmhouse, traditional, and contemporary decors. Choose from a white or cherry finish to match your space. On the functional side, the 1,400W / 4,777 BTU fan-forced heater delivers quiet supplemental warmth for areas up to 400 square feet, with an adjustable thermostat from 62°F to 82°F. The flame effect can be enjoyed with or without heat year-round, and a programmable timer (30 minutes to 6 hours) plus three flame brightness levels let you customize the ambiance. Control is easy with the included multifunctional remote or intuitive touch buttons on the unit. Built-in overheat protection adds peace of mind for households with children or pets, so you can relax and enjoy the realistic logs and dancing flames in complete comfort.

I ordered this and assembled it for a family member. The mantel needs to be assembled and it took about an hour. All you really need is a screwdriver. The material was a decent quality and it fit together well. Even the faux stone surround, which I thought could look cheesy, looks good. Mounting the electric insert was probably the most "challenging" and that only took a handful of screws. Overall the recipient was very pleased with it. The built-in heater works well for a small room space. We like that it has a timer so you can "set and forget" it, especially if one has a habit of falling a sleep in their living room chair. We gifted the recipient a small stand-alone speaker that makes a variety of fire crackling sounds. While no one would mistake these for real fireplaces, they are much safer, cleaner, and can still create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.. Brian. NJ. Mon Oct 12 2026

It’s more of a creamy yellow white vs a bright white - not a dealbreaker for me although I maybe would’ve chosen black had I seen the actual color. You can have the fire and flame on without the heat, which is nice for aesthetics. The heat function works quickly and would be sure to heat up a room to comfortability. I do think it runs constantly vs reaching a certain temperature and turning off like a thermostat. It does have a safety feature that will turn off the heater if it overheats.. Sayde. Tulsa, OK. Tue Oct 06 2026

Weathered barn wood timber construction is finished with mannered iron accents. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric fireplace is an absolutely gorgeous piece to add into my living room. The slim design offer is more space in my living room than my previous entertainment area. The aged blue color really is the perfect moody blue. It’s high and well with anything. I was really surprised at how easy to set up was to build the fireplace. It came in two boxes. The first box had all the pieces for the fireplace itself in the second box had the electric fire place. The instructions were very clear and simple to follow. The pieces were labeled well even with which direction each piece be facing they had arrows on the label on each individual piece. It really was very quick and easy to put together. Not only is it just beautiful, but the electric fireplace has so many customizable options on it. You can choose a different color of fire that is inside of it. It has a timer or you can just leave it on without the timer. You can even adjust what temperature you want if you want the heat coming out of the electric fireplace. Usually at least with my last electric fireplace. It was just an off switch so I couldn’t adjust the heat level so it is definitely a great addition. It even has a remote control so I can control it from across the room without having to get up to adjust. Overall, I was blown away by the quality of the fireplace. It looks amazing considering it isn’t built into my wall it really does look exceptional in most of all. I’m so excited for this Christmas to hang stockings above it! My kid is always love sitting in front of the fireplace with the heater on. It’s a great cozy experience. . Jordanb. Thu Sep 17 2026

Excellent piece that punches above its weight class! Stone-look surround is not very realistic. But it still looks great, and is built surprisingly well for the price!. Anonymous. Thu May 07 2026

An empty firebox tends to become the one spot in a living room that nobody looks at, and this electric log set from Country Living makes it the center of the room again. The logs are hand molded and individually painted to look like real split wood, and the multi-layered LED flames flicker behind the grate with enough depth to look natural in photos and in person. On the 23" and 27", you can choose between 3 flame colors and 5 brightness levels to match the mood of the room. Every size can run the flames without heat, so the fireplace stays decorative year-round. When the room needs warmth, the built-in heater adds supplemental heat for spaces up to 400 sq.ft.

It replaces an old gas log set. It’s beautiful and looks so realistic. I could not be happier. I haven’t tried the heater yet because it has been too warm. Love the remote that comes with it. I did take out the 3 year extended warranty just in case and it was only $32.00 extra.. Vicki. Hannibal, MO. Sat Oct 24 2026

We are enjoying our new faux fireplace. It was easy to assemble and adds to our space. Initially the heating component of it gave off an odor, but once that burned off (with open windows), we haven't noticed a smell. The heater takes the chill off in the morning. Nice to have an anti tip kit for safety. The mantel was heavier than expected, which was great to see. Comes in two heavy boxes.. Ashley. Hampton, NH. Sun Oct 18 2026

A beautiful solid piece. There’s a remote for lighting and for fireplace itself, great feature if you don’t want them both on at all times. Assembly was easy and straight forward.
