I love these stools and have no regrets whatsoever! Love the fully swivel and modern design. The driftwood color is slightly warmer than the last island stools I had which is a huge bonus since it closely matches the wood color of my cabinets (cherry with driftwood glaze). The seats are comfortable and durable and the color beige linen is so sophisticated and classy. The fabric is a tightly woven so hopefully my cat’s claws won’t do too much damage. Because I got such a light color I will plan to spray Scotchguard on these to protect the light fabric from stains. Putting these together was a snap too. It took my a couple house to do all five but it wasn’t complicated at all. All in all I am so grateful to get such a beautiful set for a fair price (cost my just under $900 for all five but the quality is there so it’s worth it). I would highly recommend these.. Anonymous. These are very sturdy stools and the wood is beautiful. BUT. I bought 2 sets. One set was fairly well matched in color, the other was not. One was very yellow on the top and the other fairly dark. In person, they didn't go at all. I solved this because I didn't want the hassle of returning them by painting the tops. Great stools but be aware of the color variation. I bought them hoping that the variation would mean that they matched my table. The difference was too much (and too yellow) hence the paint.. Carol. Dc. Thu Sep 03 2026

I absolutely adore these barstools! I purchased them when we moved into our home six years ago, and I’m happy to say that we still use and love them today. One thing that makes me especially impressed with these chairs is that they’ve survived six years with rambunctious kids. My children are not particularly gentle with furniture, and these chairs have been tipped over more than a few times. As a result, the backrests have loosened and slightly broken in a couple of spots over the years. Thankfully, we’ve been able to tighten everything back up with an Allen wrench, and they’ve remained perfectly usable. The black legs have also accumulated a few chips and scuffs from daily family life, kids running into them, toys, and general wear and tear. However, after six years of heavy use, I still think they look fantastic. One thing to note is that the seats are wood and have decorative grooves where crumbs and food can collect. It’s not a major issue, but you may occasionally need to wipe them out or vacuum the grooves to keep them clean. Overall, I would absolutely recommend these barstools. They are stylish, durable, and have held up remarkably well in a busy household. I receive compliments on them all the time, and people are always surprised when I tell them they’re from Wayfair. I would definitely purchase them again!. Sarah. Hayden, ID. Thu Jun 25 2026

Make a bold statement in your living space with the Hayes. This set comes with 2 wood bar stools that boast a sturdy, A-frame construction with square legs for stability and a 300lb weight capacity per stool. The saddle-shaped seat on each stool is contoured and features footrests for a comforting, inviting, and luxuriously rustic feel. Whether you’re eating meals at a kitchen counter or hanging out near a dart board in a game room or bar, these bar height bar stools offer the perfect height for extra seating.

The Hayes Bar stools are perfect for our bar area. The Hates bar stools come in a set of two. They were very easy to assemble. The instructions were written well with excellent illustrations. The stools are sturdy but not too heavy. I recommend.. Renee. Washington, MI. Thu Aug 13 2026

Whether pulled up to the kitchen island or rounding out the pub table, this 30'' bar stool is always the perfect perch. It includes a set of two chairs, both built on top of four legs connected by supports where you can rest your feet. Its frame is crafted from mahogany and walnut wood finished in a neutral solid tone. Plus, the seat is cushionless for versatile appeal, but the back still stands out with an openwork cross design.

We bought the Diamondback Solid Wood 24" Counter Stool in Mahogany and we LOVE them! I do wish I had bought the 30" inch stools, but hind sight is 20/20, isn't it? You really cannot tell how it would fit without seeing it in person; honestly, it would be helpful if Wayfair put the both sized stools up to the counter in a photo. For now, you have me telling you, that if you are buying this for the Dodge Kitchen Island, and especially if you are putting the wheels on that island which puts the counter at 38" high, consider buying the 30" inch stools, Ok? The Mahogany stools are not as dark as the counter top, but the black would not have matched either, soooo . . . it is what it is; we still love them because they are GORGEOUS !! You will love them too! If you do buy the 24" inch stools, know that they will be easier for your kids to climb into. My SO says that they were a snap to put together, and the company sends extra screws just in case. [please pardon our mess, it's a busy kitchen]. Pamela. New Mexico. Mon Jul 06 2026
