Purchased this as an open box and couldn’t be happier. Insanely easy ‘assembly’, just screw in the feet and slot the back into the metal track. I bought this as a comfy chair for kitchen visitors and I think it’s going to be perfect. It sits firm but still cozy, and wide enough to curl up in, at least according to my dog in the photo (she is a 20-lb Scottish terrier for reference). Fabric isn’t fancy but is soft while looking like it can stand up to use. Love that the seat and back cushions zip off for washing or spot cleaning. All in all, a win.. Kristin. Seattle, WA. My chair arrived intact and on day expected. The FedEx driver was putting it on the carport which was great due to expect. I asked if he could take to my feet family room door just about 15-20 ft from where he was leaving it and he did, earning him a tip. The chair had no damage and I noted that the dust cover at bottom of the chair was actually cloth instead of the paper like stuff that’s often used. I’m 79 yo and moved the box into the house, removed and inspected everything by myself. I attempted to attach the wings to the back but was unable to get the brackets to slide into each other so had to wait for help. Once that was done the rest was easy. I love the color and like many have said in reviews the seat is hard. I expect it will soften up with uses. The fabric is nice and I expect to get many years of use from this chair. Absolutely perfect. I was reluctant because it was custom and non refundable. Yet I perused the reviews and ordered sample fabric and it is exactly what I wanted. Very roomy and cushy. The kind of chair that you want to climb into, cross your legs and read a book or have your dog next to you in it. The slip covers are so nice (little wrinkles still). The chairs are robust in size. Tall and dwarfs my couch a tad but works nonetheless. Do not hesitate if you are wanting that genuine white beach canvas look and not the off white with beige fleck everyone else has. Super happy.
