It seats three adults comfortably side-by-side, although the back is just a little low, so you end up almost reclining. The cup holders pop out easily, but hold drinks well, and the arms of the couch are also firm enough to balance a cup of coffee. The fabric is soooo soft and plush! This would be a great bed for overnight guests, sleeping two adults comfortably, or as a handy extra bed for kids sleepovers! We love our new couch. We wanted something bigger then the couch we already owned and didn’t want to spend a ton of money. We have two dogs and a cat and we all fit on it with space for more. The two ottomans that come with it have some nice storage for dog toys and some blankets. You do have to fluff up the cushions and the back pillows every one in a while but nothing too serious.
