I’m really excited about my new massaging recliner. The motor is a lil loud but bearable. When it first arrived I had a problem lining the holes up on the bottom to put the screws into, so Wayfair sent a technician out to properly tighten the screws into alignment. I’m a 71 year old senior so I really appreciate the fact that Wayfair made sure my chair was properly installed and safe. I love my my new chair it’s very comfortable and I love the forward lift to help me stand due to my mobility issues. Thanks Wayfair.. Anonymous. Sun Sep 20 2026

Package arrived very quickly and in good shipping condition. It arrived in two separate boxes. It was very straightforward to assemble and put together and I was pleasantly surprised by the ease. I was thrown off trying to connect all the cords together in the back of the chair two cords are very much inconspicuous and are tucked up under the backside just a tiny bit making them harder to see. (Granted I am limited in mobility as Im currently pregnant, so I wasnt able to look under the chair right away, but be sure to look there before panicking thinking you were missing cords!) The chair itself seems to be of nice quality and surprisingly sturdy given that you assemble it so quickly and easily. Its very comfortable and the vibrating, heat and reclining all work very well right of the bat. Should it continue to work as advertised, I would definitely recommend this chair!. Ally. Somerset, WI.
